Date of publication: April 13, 2017 at 12:07:22 am

Whatever your position, whether you are a captain or not, whether or not you have a role, you have a part to play in your team.

TO PROGRESS

When your coach makes you play in different positions, it is so that you can know your strengths, work your weak points but also so that you progress in all areas of play.

- Be present at every training session

- Follow the advice of your coach

- Take care of the material available to you

- Be proud of your team's progress

IMPORTANT

Whatever the level of your club, the important thing is to progress together, following the instructions of your coach because if everyone progresses, it is the whole team that advances.

To be a good soccer player, you must first be a good team-mate.

How better to live my game ?

BEFORE

Arrive at the hour requested by your leader to have time to prepare and listen to his latest advice.

WHILE

  • Respects the rules of the game
  • Be honest and fair-play
  • Play for fun
  • Support your team because even on the bench, your team will need you

The important thing is not to win but to give everything to achieve it.

MI-TIME

  • Stay calm to regain strength
  • Quietly drink a little water
  • Listen carefully to your coach's advice

Whatever your team's score, tackles the second period as a new game.

AFTER

  • Shakes hands with opponents and referees
  • Going to the locker room quietly
  • At the end of a match there is always a winner and a loser but the most important is to be satisfied with his performance.
  • Celebrate the victory in the locker room with your friends
  • Analyze defeat with a smile
  • Take a shower and change to be comfortable
  • Range your bag and think of putting your dirty things in your bag

After your game, recover quietly.

To know how to win, you have to learn to lose.

When you return home, think about telling your family.

Respect the "soccer world".

Respect the leaders, educators, referees, partners, opponents, public, rules of the game and rules of life because without respect the confidence does not exist !

Fair play means accepting the referee's decision and acknowledging his own mistakes.

5 GOALS TO SCORE IN THE LAND OF LIFE:

1. Enjoy, grow and flourish with football

2. Discover, learn and respect rules of play, ... rules of life

3. Integrate and find a place

4. Play enjoying and respecting others

5. Living with enthusiasm and generosity
